“Being able to do more than previously thought” is a motto that Mirjam attaches great value to and is happy to commit to. Facilitating and guiding teams and individuals on those issues that matter. In her view, a good match is not based on pure experience alone. She believes that drive, ambition, trust and the will to learn as well as the ability to adapt are the ingredients for a sustainable match. When experience is lacking but there is the will to make it succeed, experience shows that these are the ingredients for success. Mirjam is committed to putting future healthcare executives in position as well.
