De Vroedt & Thierry has been providing supervisory board searches for almost 45 years. We have an extensive network and we consider it important to try to challenge our customers in searches by looking beyond ‘the ususal suspects’.

We have extensive expertise in governance and supervision, which makes us a trusted advisor and able to make a good match between the context in which the individual must perform and the candidate himself. We have insight into the influence that technological developments and digitalisation have on the governance and supervision. Based on our expertise, we have also been asked to cooperate with the latest Corporate Governance Yearbook (only available in Dutch). Furthermore, we have broad experience in putting together an entire supervisory board and have also conducted searches on behalf of the works council.
