Leadership in the digital world

De Vroedt & Thierry partners and employees understand that leadership and executive search & leadership consultancy are subject to change. We publish books on leadership (in the digital world) and on identifying and selecting talent, closely follow scientific research about our field, and provide guest lectures at clients, universities and business schools (including TIAS, Nyenrode and Harvard Business Review). In addition, we regularly conduct surveys with our customers at home and abroad to continuously test our approach and adjust it where necessary.

We closely follow developments in the field of digitalisation. We are also investigating the implications of digitalisation for business and the impact of the digital revolution on the profile and search for the right leaders. In addition, we have insight into the qualities needed by a leader in the new world and how these can be further developed. The ultimate goal being to identifying future proof leaders who can solve tomorrow’s challenges.
