In the past, I have held various commercial positions in banking and in Mergers & Acquisitions in the food industry. In M&A, I discovered my affinity to project-based work and the importance of the ‘human factor’ for the success of an acquisition. My bilingual upbringing and studies, and multi-year stay abroad (France) have fueled my interest in cultural diversity.

My people-orientation and curiosity then led me to the path of executive search. Genuine attention is an essential quality in building the lasting relationships we strive for, both in executive search, with clients and candidates, and in career guidance. Active listening and giving honest feedback are essential to make an impact. My career in executive search spans several decades and a wide range of sectors and functional areas. I currently work as a Senior Researcher in the CFO and Financial Services practice, where we work on projects at CFO and Board level, with a focus on family businesses and private equity.
