Marco is the executive search Partner for the Industry, Retail and Logistics sector within De Vroedt & Thierry. He brings an extensive background in executive search and management positions at Odgers Berndtson, JDE Peets (Douwe Egberts), and Pon Holdings. He is part of the Industry sector of Boer&Croon and internationally affiliated with the Industry sector within Cornerstone Executive Search.

Marco gets his inspiration and drive from his fanatical sports career, in addition to his work. In the past as a skilled runner with a 10th place at the National Marathon Championships in 2012, and in recent years as a fanatic cyclist (Maratona, Tour of Flanders, Tour des Stations). In his view, top sport and leadership show many similarities, where drive, goal setting and the will to improve come together.
