Eran Lahat was born in the Netherlands and spent his childhood in Israel. After his education at the International Hotel Management School The Hague, he went into executive search. First for a renowned Dutch agency, followed by an international company specialising in technology start-ups and scale-ups, mostly from Silicon Valley. In 2005 he founded his own agency focussed on US tech companies looking to build successful teams in Western Europe. Besides executive search, Eran has gained significant experience with diagnosing commercial organisations and leadership teams, assessing their growth potential and guiding them to sustainable business growth. This consisted of among others: reorganisations, commercial and leadership coaching, recruitment. Recently, Eran was responsible for in-house executive talent acquisition in Europe for one of the world’s fastest organically growing large US tech companies. Early 2021, Eran joined De Vroedt & Thierry after having found a group of likeminded professionals there. There, he among others concentrates on growing the tech/digital practice.
