Dries’ vision
‘The objective of the sessions is to (re)discover life energy, a lust for life, motivations and to take steps forward in terms of growth. The method used originates from a strong desire to understand life, and to do so in a manner that this understanding leads to practical and applicable life philosophies.
The approach is two-tiered: there is an instrumental and an existential level. The first level is accessed in behavioural issues. The second is accessed when obstructive mechanisms impede behavioural enrichment.
At the instrumental level, the unwritten rules, the laws that are at play within organisations, are made visible. Laws are made distinct from delusions. Mechanisms are revealed. The core terms at the existential level are autonomy and the deeper self, the combination of innate traits as the guiding principle.
The role of trusted counselor/executive coach is fulfilled based on my own experiences with professional and personal growth, a profound knowledge of philosophy, psychology and history. Clients consider me an empathetic ally.’
