Mark’s Vision
The heart of change is the ability to change the behaviour of people. Leaders have a critical role in this process: by inspiring, by leading by example, by creating the right organizational context, by removing barriers, by encouraging and enabling and so much more. Based on this belief Mark is advising organizations, leaders and HR on development of leadership and talent with the focus on delivering top performance today and sustainable success in the future. Each change process starts with the willingness and ability of the change manager to look into the mirror and change him or herself. As a coach Mark is encouraging and challenging his clients to reflect on one’s own behaviour and to explore new ways of working and interacting with others. It is his passion to make organizations and leaders aware of their own potential and personal power to change. All if this is rooted in his belief that personal development of leaders is the heart of inspirational change management.
Mark’s clients are mentioning the following attributes of his consultancy and coaching approach: his client relationship is based on mutual trust, his genuine interest in content and the client as individual, alternating reflection with concrete action and being a credible challenger to stretch for the extra mile, while keeping a close eye on the context and daily reality.
